MyScienceHOD Beta runs from Jun 2026 to Dec 2026. Beta teachers use the real product: your own classes, assignments, and marking records live in a private, sign-in-protected workspace. Sample data is available if you want to explore before adding your own materials.
Teacher approval required
AI suggestions are drafts. Teachers approve final judgement before records can feed any marking insight.
Keep identifiers out
Please keep NRIC/FIN, DOB, contact numbers, and other personal identifiers out of uploads. Automated reading of scanned answer scripts is still in testing — use the sample scripts provided for that step.
Your workspace vs the shared question bank
Normal Beta use is private: your class lists, assignments, and marking records stay inside your own workspace, visible only through your school's sign-in-protected access. Please keep NRIC/FIN, DOB, mobile numbers, and other personal identifiers out of uploads.
The shared question bank is different: your uploaded questions or materials are added to it only with your separate, explicit permission. Contribution is opt-in, never automatic, and contributed items are source-labelled.
Teacher judgement remains central. HOD views are for curriculum support, moderation, resource planning, and department coordination, not teacher ranking, appraisal, or surveillance.
Free throughout Beta. Paid plans from Jan 2027. Beta members get early-adopter terms.
