Durmah Learning Pte Ltd (the "Company") respects the privacy of individuals and designs MyScienceHOD to support compliance with Singapore PDPA obligations. This policy outlines our approach to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.
During Beta, please keep real student personal data out of the platform: do not upload real student names, real student scripts, confidential school data, NRIC/FIN, DOB, mobile numbers, or other personal identifiers. Sample data is provided so you can try features safely. Future school processing requires formal school authorisation, school-approved anonymisation or identifiers, role-based access, and retention/deletion controls.
As a registered entity in Singapore, we adhere strictly to the PDPA guidelines set out by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). Our data practices are built upon the fundamental obligations of Consent, Purpose Limitation, Notification, Access and Correction, Accuracy, Protection, Retention Limitation, Transfer Limitation, and Openness.
